To be eligible for a refund, please follow the guidelines outlined below
- Contact our friendly customer care team at hello@joliehair.com.au within 7 days of receiving your goods to initiate the refund process.
- Provide your order confirmation number, along with a reason for the return.
- Ship the product/s back to Jolie Hair Returns (address will be provided via email). Please note that all shipping and handling fees and are non-refundable, and that the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the returned product. We advise using a registered post with insurance covered as Jolie Hair is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during transit.
- Once we have received your returned product, we will notify you via email to process your refund.
