REFUND POLICY

We strive to provide our customers with the best products and customer service, therefore, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date you received your goods.

To be eligible for a refund, please follow the guidelines outlined below

  1. Contact our friendly customer care team at hello@joliehair.com.au within 7 days of receiving your goods to initiate the refund process.
  2. Provide your order confirmation number, along with a reason for the return.
  3. Ship the product/s back to Jolie Hair Returns (address will be provided via email). Please note that all shipping and handling fees and are non-refundable, and that the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the returned product. We advise using a registered post with insurance covered as Jolie Hair is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during transit.
  4. Once we have received your returned product, we will notify you via email to process your refund.
