It is essential to ensure that your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. Jolie Hair cannot be held responsible for shipping address mistakes that are not communicated to us in time. In the event that an error is discovered after the package has been dispatched, we will endeavour to contact the shipping carrier and redirect the package back to us. If we receive the package successfully, we will provide the customer with the option to pay a return to sender fee for reshipping the order to the correct address, or they can choose a refund for the item(s). Please note that the return to sender fee and original shipping cost will be excluded from the refund amount.

- Free standard shipping on orders over $80AUD.
- Standard: $8.99 AUD (3-5 business days, & up to 7 business days for remote and regional areas).
- Express: $10.99 AUD (1-2 business days).
